Brady Brim-DeForest Founder
Brady is an heraldist, historian, and geographer, and is the founder of Palfrey Press. He created Palfrey Press as a home for works appealing to the discerning antiquarian. When not seeking out authors and experts on obscure subject matter to join Palfrey's ranks, Brady focuses on his studies in a variety of subjects including the historical geography and cartography of medieval England and Scotland. His specific area of focus is feudal, manorial, and allodial landholdings, boundary mapping, and primitive land title records. His work is primarily a combination of field study, archival research, and cartography.
He is a Life Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Life Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute, Life Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society,a Fellow of the International Napoleonic Society, a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, and an elected member of the Royal Historic Society.
