Uniforms often include built-in loops to hold medals — either breast stars or ‘racks’ — but when one is invited to wear decorations in civilian clothing they must pin their medals with the integrated clasp pins or using safety pins, often resulting in unseemly holes.

Our breast star hangers prevent this, as a pair can be used to brace the often large clasp pin backs found on breast stars. Simply attach the hangers to your suit on a seam line nearest the proper placement of your star or rack, and remove when not in use. Each pair is brass plated for durability and features a butterfly clasp to secure the shank.
